Paul Kilmister is the Head of A350 and A330 Wing Manufacture at Airbus, a world-renowned aerospace company that leads in the design and manufacture of airplanes, helicopters, and satellites. He leads the UK production of A350 and A330 wings, overseeing a cross-functional organization encompassing operations, engineering, supply chain, and quality.
Previously, Paul was Head of UK Supply Chain Operations, where he directed the inbound and outbound supply chain for UK wing manufacture, with responsibilities including planning, order management, warehouse and distribution, and UK Beluga operations.
He has held various positions during his 20-year career with Airbus, gaining international experience through roles in the UK, Germany, and the USA, spanning wing manufacture, service development, and customer service operations.
Mr. Kilmister is also a Governor at Hoole CofE Primary School. He was born in the UK, leads the UK A350/A330 wing production team from Broughton, and is married with three children.
