Having spent the first 12 years of my career in Financial Services, I made the move into Amazon Logistics in 2019, bringing over a wealth of customer service and operational management experience. My passion lies with people and I am thrilled to be operating as a DEI Lead within Amazon Logistics UK+IE. I champion continuous improvement by inspecting our current culture and aim to make tangible positive change for those working within our organisation.
