Raised in a racially hostile environment in Birmingham and having faced microaggressions and systemic racism throughout her career, Regina deeply understands the isolation and barriers that underrepresented entrepreneurs experience. Her lived experiences are the driving force behind her mission: to create safe, empowering, and community-driven business spaces where authenticity is celebrated, not suppressed.
Through The NETwork, Regina has built an “exclusively inclusive” business networking community, offering free and affordable access to online and in-person events, masterclasses, and visibility-building tools. It’s a space where people from all walks of life feel seen, valued, and supported, a stark contrast to traditional, sales-driven networking environments.
