Rachel Charlton-Dailey is an award-winning disabled editor, journalist, and activist. She is the author of Ruby Hastings Writes Her On Story and the upcoming Ramping Up Rights: An Unfinished History of British Disability History. She was previously a disability rights columnist for the Daily Mirror where she guest edited the series Disabled Britain and the founder of The Unwritten. Her focus is on disability rights, welfare and holding the government and media to account. When Rachel isn't writing, she can be found walking her sausage dog, Rusty.
