Louize Jackson

Nominee Profile
Location: Codsall
Louize is a dedicated single parent to two amazing children, a daughter aged 9 and a son who is nearly 13. They cherish their time together, exploring the outdoors, going for walks, and enjoying memorable days out. Louize’s commitment to helping others shines through her own journey of healing, making her a guiding light for those who seek her support.
As an Education Mentor in an alternative education provision, Louize passionately impacts the lives of children aged 7 to 18 every day. She teaches in the morning and dedicates her afternoons to enriching their experiences, whether through field trips or nature walks. This role, which she stepped into in January 2025, fulfils a childhood dream of hers – to make a difference in the next generation. For Louize, this isn't just a job; it’s her true vocation.
For the past nine years, Louize has also operated a unique business, offering 1-to-1 therapy and coaching as a gift to those who reach out for her help. Rather than focusing on profit, she is committed to empowering others to move forward in life through various therapeutic methods.
Louize serves as a beacon of inspiration on her social media platforms, often supporting an audience that remains largely behind the scenes.
In addition, Louize has made her mark as a Girl Guiding leader over the past year, successfully running her own unit while also serving as a Snowy Owl with the Brownies on the same night. This September, she and the Brownies leader are launching a Rainbows unit, extending their positive influence to girls aged 6 to 14 within the local communities.
Louize has been nominated for Role Model of the Year at the MBCC Awards six times over the past 8 years, attending as a finalist twice, and she’s proud to be in the running for nomination again this year.
Passionate about raising awareness for domestic violence and premature birth—two causes close to her heart—Louize recently spearheaded a campaign focused on premature birth while also gathering donations for her local neonatal department. Her dedication to these issues is unwavering and impactful.
