G is an entrepreneur, writer, trainer, speaker and activist. They are the founder of Branding by G, co-Founder of The Queer Box and advocate for inclusion. They have co-authored two books on Neurodivergent Entrepreneurship. They also wrote ‘When Is A Women’s Group Not A Women’s Group in 2024 to teach business owners how to think about creating safe and inclusive spaces.
G has been running their brand design business since 2012 and, in 2024 co-founded Rainbow Wise to take accessible and affordable LGBTQ+ Awareness and Inclusion training to schools so that every professional working with young people can feel confident to work with all genders and sexual orientations.
They have been running events, training and facilitating spaces in and for the LGBTQ+ community since they were 17 and in academic and business settings since 2004.
G mentors young entrepreneurs from marginalised communities and is one of the organisers of their local town pride. They create content that challenges narratives of exclusion and champions marginalised groups. They regularly deliver training and speak at events to invite more people to think about and evolve how they approach inclusion in their lives and work.
Despite regular attacks and hate they have never stopped sharing their experiences and perspective as a trans, queer and autistic person in the world. Always leading with curiosity and kindness, they invite conversation, exploration and hold space for people to explore challenging and conflicting viewpoints with openness and love.
