I am a neurodivergent lived experience advocate, trainer and author. I have many years experience of working with neurodivergent people inc within the NHS and prisons.
I have written several books and provided many hours of training on the subject of autistic burnout that have had a huge impact on many individuals, families and organisations.
I am so very passionate about helping others (especially parents of autistic children and young people, autistic individuals and professionals) to understand what it means to be neurodivergent and I particularly focus on educating about autistic burnout. I have written numerous resources and books and presented many hours of webinars on this subject.
I am also working hard to help professionals understand why for example so many people who are autistic and adhd, end up in crisis. I regularly train teachers, sencos and other professionals and I am also involved in training prison officers in Surrey prisons about autism.
I am currently writing a book for young people about autistic burnout.
