Their career highlights include leading the LGBTQIA+ division for the Casting Directors Guild’s Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion team and contributing to award-winning casting for "Heartstopper" seasons 1, 2 & 3 at Daniel Edwards Casting. In 2022, Tom co-founded GAP Workshops with Lucy Allen, a groundbreaking initiative empowering trans actors in TV and film through expert-led sessions in audition techniques and self-taping. These workshops have already catalysed professional opportunities for several participants, with many securing representation and credits.
