Theo, aged 10, is profoundly Deaf, born without auditory nerves, and a passionate advocate for Deaf Awareness and British Sign Language (BSL). Through daily BSL tutorials on Facebook and Instagram, he reaches thousands, fostering inclusivity and combating isolation among Deaf children. Theo spearheaded the formation of a Deaf football team in Preston, increasing its membership to 16 players. His advocacy extends to supporting families facing similar challenges, demonstrating resilience on a daily basis. Theo’s efforts inspire confidence and community engagement, illustrating that Deaf individuals, like himself, can overcome barriers and thrive. By promoting BSL and creating a supportive environment, Theo is not only raising awareness but also empowering the Deaf community. His remarkable achievements at such a young age show that determination and dedication can make a significant impact, bridging gaps and building a more inclusive society.
