Taylor is a passionate DEI Program Manager for EMEA Talent Acquisition and concurrently, she serves as VP of the Black Employee Network (BEN) UK Operations chapter at Amazon. In both roles, she is dedicated to advancing ethnic minority inclusion. She developed an Ethnic Minority Allyship Training for Amazon leaders across Europe, co-launched BEN Women UK to support Black women in leadership, and has organised incredible Black History Month celebrations for all UK & Ireland operations sites for the last three years. She also founded the UK Affinity Group Fair, an annual event promoting intersectionality amongst Amazon employees. Taylor has a consistent track record of championing equity in the workplace. Whether through implementing DEI strategies, developing training programs, hosting events, or public speaking ventures, Taylor takes every opportunity to showcase her authentic self and advocate on behalf of underrepresented communities.
