Shada, known as @nannysharz, is the founder of Nanny Sharz, BNT Community CIC, and NannyCON. As a disabled, international travel nanny, sleep consultant, entrepreneur, and mentor with over 20+ years of experience, she advocates for nannies everywhere. She started BNT Community CIC in May 2022 after attending an unfriendly and non-diverse nanny conference. BNT hosts monthly social and networking events for early years professionals and domestic workers. Her events are rooted in self-care, wellness, mental health, and CPD training, creating a vibrant and inclusive community. Shada also founded NannyCON, the first childcare and wellness conference in the world with a unique Caribbean vibe. NannyCON offers a weekend of learning, self-care, culture, professional development, and networking in a supportive, uplifting atmosphere. Battling Graves' disease, hyperthyroidism, and thyroiditis while building her dream, Shada aims to inspire others to never give up.
