Sachin's passion for football extends beyond being a fan; he's an advocate for making the game accessible to all, regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexuality, or social class. Inspired by trailblazing fan activists, Sachin has dedicated his personal and professional life to celebrating cultural diversity in football. As the first person from an underrepresented ethnic community to become a board director at the Football Supporters' Association (FSA), he influences decision-makers to foster inclusivity. He represents the Fans for Diversity guidance group on the FSA’s National Council and co-founded Spurs REACH, Tottenham Hotspur's Race, Ethnicity, and Cultural Heritage supporters' association, also serving on its Fan Advisory Board. Sachin is committed to promoting equity and building confidence. He believes football should be for everyone and works tirelessly to ensure a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all fans.
