After struggling to find meaningful employment and facing isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic, Ross emerged determined in 2021. Together, he and Christian launched Stand Out Socks during Down Syndrome Awareness Month, aiming to celebrate individuality and promote inclusivity. Stand Out Socks offers premium unisex socks that reflect Ross's vibrant personality. The company fosters awareness, acceptance, and inclusivity, inspiring others to believe that anything is possible with courage and determination. Stand Out Socks has created jobs for individuals with Down Syndrome, raised over £15,000 for charities, and sparked global conversations about disability inclusion, even gaining investment on BBC Dragons' Den.
