Since his release from prison, Pank has emerged as a prominent voice for social change, renowned as a leading expert in HIV and Sexual Health Services within UK prisons. His pivotal role on the prison special interest group for the British Association of Sexual Health and HIV influences the delivery of healthcare services across the prison estate. Devoting himself to the sexual health sector at Positive East and the GMI Partnership, he oversees HIV & STI testing services for the London Health Prevention Program. As an HIV Ambassador for London Fast Track Cities and a Positive Voices Speaker, Pank advocates tirelessly, contributing to the steering group for the HIV confident Charter Mark. A trustee for Shannon Trust and Revolving Doors, he brings lived experience of the criminal justice system, ensuring marginalized voices are central to decision-making.
