Nicola Jayne Little is a dedicated Founder, community builder, and advocate for Neurodiversity, bringing over 15 years of experience in establishing and managing small, values-driven businesses that uplift self-employed and neurodivergent individuals. At Celebrate Difference Ltd, she leads efforts to empower neurodivergent people in self-employment through specialized training and assistance with Access to Work funding, including the introduction of the QbTest for ADHD diagnosis. Alongside this role, Nicola co-owns The HUB Consett, a historic venue in North West County Durham. It serves as a multifaceted space encompassing a shop, cafe, and training centre, providing a supportive environment for neurodivergent adult training and fostering community engagement among local artisans and residents alike.
