Based on her doctoral research, the GEC levels the playing field for underserved groups by closing data gaps. This award-winning grassroots movement includes 400+ inclusion and well-being experts and "the world’s first D&I platform" for education. The state-of-the-art GEC Platform offers a self-evaluation framework to audit and improve cultural health using 360° surveys, analytical results, and tailored recommendations. It has surveyed over 22,000 teachers, staff, and students across 30 countries, reaching 220,000 students, and is the only intersectional data capture for education. Recognized as 'DEI Platform of the Year’ by Women in IT UK and highly commended at the BETT Awards 2024, the GEC Platform is celebrated for its simplicity and transformational impact on education.
