Neurodiversikey® is a pioneering non-profit organisation launched to make the legal sector and justice system neuroinclusive. The organisation focuses on education, training, and awareness-raising, and has co-authored "ADHD in Custody: A Guide to Police Custody for ADHDers". Recognised for its impactful work, Neurodiversikey® was awarded "Legal Sector Neurodiversity NPO of the Year" at the SME News UK Legal Awards 2024, was a finalist for "Disability and/or Neurodiversity Initiative of the Year" at the Women and Diversity in Law Awards 2024, and has been shortlisted in the Disability Power 100. Neurodiversikey® addresses pervasive stigma within the legal sector and justice system, advocating for a neuroinclusive legal profession that reflects the diversity of those it serves.
