Elham Fardad, founder and CEO of Migrant Leaders, has a distinguished 25-year career in senior leadership roles at multinational corporations including GE, News Corp, and EY. Elham is an expert in advising leadership teams on strategy, operations, and talent. She is also a Fellow of the ACCA and serves on multiple advisory boards. Migrant Leaders won the Social Mobility Project Award at the Inclusive Awards 2023.
Migrant Leaders aims to support young first- and second-generation migrants and disadvantaged youth in Britain. The free programme serves individuals aged 16 to 25, offering mentoring, workshops, work experiences, and networking opportunities. With over 1,500 senior mentors from more than 95 FTSE 100 and leading firms, Migrant Leaders has impactful corporate partnerships with companies like Anglo American, Kantar, Salesforce, Meta, and BP.
