With over 20 years of global experience in software engineering management, a background as a GB wheelchair basketball player and student pilot, Mary has a customer perspective and strong advocacy for accessible aviation and disability equity. She chairs several access advisory groups in aviation, rail, and public standards, focusing on improving passenger experiences across various transport modes. Mary's 30 years of worldwide travel gives her lived experience of the challenges faced by disabled people. Her consultancy also specialises in inclusive leadership and pan-disability training, fostering environments where everyone can flourish. Mary encourages celebrating individual differences and collaborative working to create a more inclusive society.
