Lucy, the founder of Trans Radio UK, a pioneering global radio station for the Transgender community, has created a platform listened to in over 100 countries. In 2020, Lucy launched TRUK Listens, a vital mental health helpline offering support 365 days a year, saving countless lives. She is also the founder and manager of TRUK United FC, an award-winning LGBTQ+ football team that has made history by fielding the first teams of solely Trans Female and Trans Masculine players worldwide. Lucy achieved Guinness World Record status as the world's first openly Transgender football referee in 2018 and has officiated up to Tier 3 in Women's football, significantly impacting the sport's inclusivity. In January 2024, Lucy made history again as the first Transgender football manager in the top 5 tiers of UK Women's football when appointed manager of Sutton United Women.
