Louise, born in 1980 with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus, is a trailblazer in education and disability advocacy.As the youngest physically disabled child in Liverpool to transition from a special school to mainstream education, Louise broke barriers early on. She became the first wheelchair user to earn a PGCE from Liverpool Hope University and was the only physically disabled Aim higher mentor in the UK. Despite facing numerous challenges, Louise's resilience led her to establish Act for Action CIC. This company aims to empower disabled individuals, reflecting her belief in the right to work despite societal doubts. After securing a degree in Psychology and Sociology, she worked as a mentor for six years, using her experiences to inspire others. Although she faced employment setbacks, including redundancy and underpaid roles, Louise's determination to create change remains unwavering.
