LinkedIn has shown outstanding dedication to fostering diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIBs) across its global workforce. The company integrates DIBs principles into every aspect of its operations, from onboarding to policy evolution. New hires experience a culture of belonging through our onboarding and DIBs learning initiatives from day one. A DIBs team drives these efforts, focused on colleague learning and strategy development, with success measured through tools like the Belonging Score in the Employee Voice Survey. We strengthen our Environment of Belonging through our Allyship Academy as well as via 11 Employee Resource Groups who are supported via our ERG leadership Programme. Our policies, initiatives and learning opportunities are global, nuanced and inclusive including topics focused on or trans and non-binary community, women in tech and Underrepresented groups.
