Community Organisation Award: Disability
InclusAbility is a non-profit organisation based in South Wales, dedicated to supporting young adults and children with disabilities. The team comprises passionate parent/carers of children with disabilities, all committed to enhancing the lives of families affected by disability and fostering a culture of inclusivity. Their primary goal is to create safe and inclusive environments where young adults and children with disabilities can explore their full potential. They support families by offering disability-friendly events and a nurturing community. Their weekly inclusive sessions include football, dance, swimming, crafts, surfing, and play, alongside whole-family activities like holidays and days out, as well as carer-specific sessions. In the past year, InclusAbility has organised 250 events and continuously evolves by listening to the community and collaborating with various organisations.
