Fredi is an award-winning film producer, director, actor, and motivational speaker, formerly a UK rapper signed to the US powerhouse Wu-Tang. Raised in South London after being fostered in Kent, he joined a notorious gang and became a bodyguard for stars like The Notorious B.I.G. and TLC. As a reggae MC turned prolific rapper, Fredi opened for icons such as DMX and Jay-Z. His acting career began with "Dead Man Running" alongside 50 Cent, leading to over 11 produced films through his companies Are We Dead Yet Films and Nwaka Studios. Fredi also founded H.E.A.L Daily CIC, offering workshops in schools, prisons, and YOTs to combat youth violence and support mental health, especially among young Black men. He founded The Power of a Woman & Man awards to honour men and women of colour.
