Community Organisation Award: Age
The Cinnamon Trust is the only national charity that helps older and terminally ill people with their pets. The Trust has 20,000 animal-loving volunteers who offer their time to help others. In communities across the country, they help with trips to the vets, cat care, and many other tasks. Our volunteers walk thousands of dogs every day! Our goal is to make sure that an owner has all the help they need to stay with their pet and to know that their furry, feathered or any beloved companion is in safe hands. Our fosterers also provide love, care, and comfort to pets whose owners face a spell in hospital. We also have forever fosterers who provide loving homes to pets whose owners are known to us and have sadly passed away.
