Arla Foods is the 4th largest dairy company in the world. We are a subsidiary of Arla Foods amba, a cooperative owned by almost 9,000 dairy farmers in seven countries, including around 2500 in the UK. As a farmer-owned entity, all profits support our farmers and their communities, emphasising our commitment to environmental stewardship and responsible business practices. Arla Foods supplies 9 out of 10 litres of milk in the UK, and popular brands like Lurpak and Cravendale. With over 4,000 colleagues in 13 UK locations, Arla prioritises creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. Our diversity and inclusion journey, which began nearly three years ago, with our "Inclusion starts with I" workshop, progressed when we democratised our approach. The agenda is driven "for colleagues by colleagues," reflecting our commitment to a holistic approach to diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing.
