Aisha is an award-winning keynote speaker, trailblazing educational leader, coach, and anti-racist advocate who transitioned from a legal career to challenge inequity in education. Formerly an Assistant Principal, she is the founder of Representation Matters Ltd, a leading training consultancy dedicated to promoting equity and justice in education. Aisha is the acclaimed author of *Becoming an Anti-Racist Educator* (2022) and a doctoral researcher exploring anti-racist praxis, trauma, and education. She is a key partner in the NHS Black Maternity Matters programme and serves as the lead trainer for the Avon and Somerset Police Service Race Matters initiative. Her insights have been featured in a BBC documentary and a TEDx talk, where she delivered her powerful message: "Until society recognises everyone, the question will always be, do I belong?"
