On the Chris Evans Breakfast Show, Adele encouraged people to “ring somebody and talk to somebody,” if worried about anything and announced her next challenge: completing the Abbott World Marathon Majors, starting in Berlin in September. She aims to raise funds for cancer charities and inspire other ostomates. Adele uses her platform to raise awareness of bowel cancer symptoms. Her memoir, "Personal Best: From Rock Bottom to Top of the World," chronicles her journey and dedication to showing what’s possible post-cancer.
