British Musician, Public Speaker, and Neurodiversity advocate, J Grange faced many mental health challenges which led to suicidal thoughts. The lack of support J received resulted in him hitting rock bottom, being excluded from school, and experiencing altercations with the law. An official diagnosis of ADHD led to J finding his passion and turning his life around. Appearing on BBC Radio, BBC National/ Local News, Channel 5 News, KISS FM and France Televisions amongst many others, J continues to raise awareness of neurodiversity speaking to the likes of the United Nations and News International highlighting his lived experience and how others can support the neurodivergent community. J has also featured on digital billboards across the UK to celebrate being neurodivergent and alongside the London Community Gospel Choir released 'We Will Rise' - for the ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Umbrella Project.
