Speak Out Revolution is an award-winning non-profit organisation founded in 2020, with a mission to cancel the culture of silence on harassment and bullying in our workplaces. They’re leveraging the lived experiences of those who have spoken out about workplace harassment and bullying so they can collectively, efficiently and intelligently tackle the fundamental challenge to create truly inclusive workplaces for all. Speak Out Revolution bring strategic insights through innovative technology, to individuals and organisations, so that they might optimally drive efforts to eradicate workplace inequality. This amazing initiative has disrupted the conversation across the ED&I sector by highlighting the hidden challenges toxic culture presents in our workplaces. Speak Out Revolution are now seeing forward thinking organisations engaging them from across multiple sectors to start conversations and tackle this issue.
