Trans influencer and comedy creator, Lewis’ aim is to normalise being trans whilst raising awareness and educating in a fun, non-political way. With a passion for entertaining, Lewis began creating online comedy sketches, leading to a large social media following. His comedy pilot script ‘LOIS’ based on his personal experience as a teenager, made it to the final 5 of the Northern Writers Award 2015 and into the final stages of a Netflix shadow writers’ scheme. During the pandemic, Lewis found inspiration to tell his story, and after just 12 months scored a deal with children’s publisher Scholastic! with his memoir ‘Welcome to St. Hell’ – a story of self-discovery - being published across the UK and US. Lewis is also co-founder of ‘My Genderation’ – a film project that celebrates trans lives and experiences, which is screened all over the world at festivals, schools, and workplaces.
