An accomplished businesswoman, mentor, facilitator, and role model Jayne Little established Skills 4 Ltd in 2006 with a view to improve gender balance in male dominated STEM sectors. Delivering award-winning diversity and inclusion training, Skills 4 Ltd has provided thousands of women with the confidence and skills to advance their careers and become role models for the future generation. After launching the award-winning EMPOWER programme in 2008, Jayne has gone on to support more than 10,000 women from over 150 organisations, encouraging them to seek and achieve opportunities for progression. With a proven track record in providing a range of interventions to support employers achieve their gender diversity and inclusion objectives, Jayne’s groundbreaking report ‘Moving the Dial’ analyses performances against 8 different criteria’s known to affect the retention and progression of women, enabling employers to create more inclusive workplaces.
