James Adeleke is a dyslexic social entrepreneur who is delivering life-changing support to young people from disadvantaged minorities and ensuring their professional opportunities are not limited by the circumstances of their birth. He founded Generation Success and his vision is to empower the young generation to excel and to create a network that advances social mobility by empowering people of diversity to reach their career aspirations. James works with employers, young people, educational institutions and government agencies at the highest level. He is in partnership with more than 70 employers including multi-nationals as well as a wide range of SMEs. James enables them to employ people from a more diverse pool of talent and engage with candidates not reached by mainstream recruitment programmes. This amazing organisation has helped over 10,000 young people through mentoring, training and recruitment.
