Dunelm is the UK’s leading homewares retailer, providing great value, high quality homewares that appeal to a wide range of customers. With more than 170 stores across the UK, they employ in excess of 11,000 people across our estate, including depots, warehouses and store support centres. Dunelm have employed 19 people who have Down’s syndrome (in partnership with the Down's Syndrome Association's WorkFit program) across multiple UK sites and have provided excellent support to ensure their success. They take pride in employing people with learning disabilities and creating a workforce that is inclusive and representative of wider society. It is clearly demonstrated in their submission that Dunelm are committed to initiatives including appointing D&I Executives, improving recruitment practices to remove bias, and creating a respectful and inclusive work environment.
