Director of Equilibrium Mediation Consulting Ltd and Managing Partner of Synergised Solutions Ltd, Dianne Greyson is a professional HR/ED&I Specialist and accredited mediator. She is also an author and activist who continues to campaign laboriously to bring awareness to the Ethnicity Pay Gap. Seeking to fuel meaningful change, Dianne created the #EthnicityPayGap (EPG) Campaign in 2018 and has spent the last 4 years raising critical awareness and lobbying the government to make Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting mandatory. Her recent research report which delves into the impact of the EPG on black women, has gained nationwide support. Holding down a number of advisory roles including on the Fawcett Society Pay and Progression for Women of Colour research report, it is evident that Dianne is a strong advocate for change who seeks to eradicate discrimination from society.
