Conor was born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a severe neurological condition which affects his mobility. Now 34 years old, Conor plays a huge part in his local Portglenone community and thrives when helping others. Director of the Mae Murray Foundation, Conor is crucial to the overall inclusiveness of Northern Ireland, by bringing people together and helping to provide essential equipment. One of the charities main achievements was introducing mobility equipment to beaches across N. Ireland. With an aim to ‘Create Change Together’, Conor is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers his time to several charities, including Good Morning Ballymena where he reaches out to the elderly, ensuring they’re not isolated or alone. With an impressive social media following, Conor’s blog ‘#7smiles’ highlights what made him smile throughout the week, generating positivity and helping other find their smiles.
