Positive Role Model Award for Gender
Lisa Ventura is an award-winning cyber security consultant, diversity consultant and an awareness raiser whose work focuses on supporting women entering the cyber security industry and on supporting those who are neurodiverse to also enter the cyber security industry. She works and campaigns tirelessly to change inequality and injustice when it comes to the gender pay gap, the cyber skills gap for women and to help those who are neurodivergent into much needed jobs and careers, and gain access to training. Her first book “The Rise of the Cyber Women: Volume One” was released as an inspiring collection of stories from women who struggled to get into the cyber security industry and who overcame much adversity to get to where they are today. Lisa is also an inspiring keynote speaker and influencer in the cyber security industry.
