Abhnash believes not only in generating jobs but hopes in young women. Her background within the civil service education and employment departments sparked her desire in providing opportunities to those that may initially struggle to find employment. Increasing the confidence and building skills within women especially for those arriving from overseas so that they can go on to secure a livelihood with confidence and feel respected. Very early on in her journey Abhnash was involved in highlighting problems facing ethnic minorities in their search for employment which led to her establishing the Hounslow Ethnic Language and Literacy Office. Over recent years Abhnash has set up a small affordable beauty business and is the Founder & Co/Founder of two digital magazines, providing a platform for people from different cultures a voice to express their opinion and expand their businesses.
